• The chatbot must be approved by an admin before it can be published.
• Images are required for a chatbot to be created. Some formats such as ".gif" may not be supported.
• If a chatbot already exists with the same image, it will be rejected.
• Chatbots can be rejected if there is not enough details in the description.
• The chatbot must adhere to our rules / terms of conditions / privacy policy.
• Duplicate chatbots will be rejected.
• The chatbot category can be changed by the team if the chatbot does not fit the category selected.
• Once a chatbot is published, it can no longer be set to unlisted / private.
• Once a chatbot has been created, it can no longer be deleted.
• We aim to approve chatbots within 24 hours to 48 hours.
• Lack of quality in the chatbot descriptions can result in the chatbot being rejected.
• If the chatbot image does not meet our quality standards, it will be rejected.
• We currently do not have restrictions on the language of the chatbot. However each entry must be written in the same language.
• There is a limit on the number of chatbots that can be created in a 24 hour period. This value is different between free and premium users.
• Chatbots cannot be edited after they have been created.
• A user must have a verified account to create a chatbot.

• No Racism.
• No Spamming.
• No Advertising.
• No Harassment, Threats, or any other offensive behavior.
• Be of topic.
• Comments can be deleted at any time by the user who posted it.
• Comments can be reported for review by the admin team.
• Comments that violate the rules can be removed by the admin team at any time.

• Duplicate accounts are not allowed. This can result in the termination of all accounts belonging to the user.
• No illegal activities.
• No inappropriate usernames. If an inappropriate username is found, it may result in amendment of the username and once changed, it cannot be changed again.
• No inappropriate icons. If an inappropriate icon is found, it may result in amendment of the icon and once changed, it cannot be changed again.
• Rules can be added and changed at any time.
• Account Hijacking. Do not access other user's account without permission.
• No spamming of any kind.
• If the site is handling multiple requests (i.e multiple emails or chatbot creation), priority will be given to premium users.

• A user can only have one account at a time.
• On account deletion, the published chatbots associated with the account will not be deleted.
• On account deletion, the chatbots with status set as pending and rejected will be deleted.
• On account deletion, the chatbots with visibility set as private will be deleted. Whilst the chatbots with visibility set as unlisted will be set to public.
• A user can delete their account at any time in the profile page.
• Each comment associated with the account will be deleted

5. Content Policy

• Illegal activities. Do not use this site to promote illegal activities, such as sexual, racial, or violent content, including but not limited to all illegal actions listed here.
• Content featuring harm to people, property or animals.
• Content that is hateful, threatening, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
• Content that can contain harmful or offensive language.
• Misinformation and disinformation.
