Is SelectiveDream free?

Yes, SelectiveDream is free to use for all users.

Is SelectiveDream private?

SelectiveDream works on a policy of being private for all users. We support a 1:1 relationship between the user and the chatbot.

Each chat is private and will never be shared with any third parties.

Moreover, each conversation is anonymous and confidential to the user.

A user chat history can be deleted at any time from our servers. To do so please visit your chatbot, click on the user icon and then click on the "Reset Chat" button.

I keep getting errors when I try to send a message. What can I do?

SelectiveDream has a number of modes

1. Not Logged In - You can send messages without being logged in, however there is a heavy limit on the number of messages you can send in a 24 hour period. To send more messages you must be logged in.

2. Free Mode - You can send a large number of messages using our free mode. Credits will always be visible on your profile, so you can always see how many credits you have left. Free credits will reset at midnight UTC.

3. Paid Credits - If you have ran out of free credits, you can purchase more credits Here.

4. Subscription Mode - If you have a subscription, you can send an unlimited number of messages to any chatbot on our website.

How do I create a chatbot?

To create a chatbot, you must first ensure that are logged in. To login or sign up please click Here

Once logged in, you can navigate to the chatbot creation page and click the "Create Chatbot" button. You must then follow the prompts to build your chatbot.

How long does it take for my chatbot to be approved?

We aim to approve your chatbot within 48 hours. We apologize for any delays. Once approved it may take a few hours for the chatbot to be visible on our website, however it can still be used.

To find it please visit Your Chatbots to view your published chatbots.

Can I edit/delete my chatbot?

Unfortunately, once a chatbot has been published it can no longer be edited or deleted.

We encourage new chatbots to be created and published, so rather than editing or deleting your chatbot, we recommend creating a new one.

If you choose to delete your account, any chatbots set as pending or rejected will be deleted alongside the chatbots set as private.

Why was my chatbot rejected?

There are a number of reasons why your chatbot may have been rejected such as :

1. The chatbot is too similar to another chatbot on our website.

2. The chatbot contains inappropriate content.

3. The chatbot did not adhere to our guidelines.

4. Lack of quality in descriptions or images.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you have subscribed to our service you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time.
